TWO STARTING POSITIONS
01
Already selling in Poland
There may be scope to develop additional accounts, reactivate inactive relationships, deepen business with existing customers, introduce a product line or reach a different application. We assess that opportunity with your team and agree how the work will complement your current customers and partners.
02
Entering Poland
Identify the applications where your product offers a clear advantage. We help select target customers and routes to market, then develop the first relevant customer and partner relationships.
THE COMMERCIAL GAP
Poland may be covered. Is it being developed?
Your current customers and channels provide a starting point. The question is where further development would be worthwhile and who will carry that work forward. We agree a clear role alongside the people and relationships already in place.
01
Remote coverage
Poland is handled from another country. Enquiries are answered and existing business is served, but local accounts may not receive sustained development.
02
Existing business with room to grow
Customers or a distributor are already in place, but inactive accounts, additional OEMs, new applications or underdeveloped customer groups may still justify focused attention.
03
No clear local follow-through
Opportunities exist, but no one has clear responsibility for coordinating local conversations, technical input, quotations and the next commercial step.
ONE MARKET

Eight selected regional economies
POLAND IN CONTEXT

NEXUS OSTOYA PERSPECTIVE
A market of this scale can justify dedicated commercial attention.
The question is not only whether Poland is covered — but whether it is being actively developed.

HOW WE WORK WITH CUSTOMERS
Local work, built around how your customers buy.
COMMERCIAL VISIBILITY
Know what is moving forward
You can see which opportunities are moving forward, what customers are considering and what needs to happen next. We use that evidence to decide where to continue, change direction or stop pursuing an opportunity.
MEANINGFUL COMMERCIAL PROGRESS
INDUSTRIES
Technical markets where relationships shape the sale.
HOW WE LOOK AT THE MARKET
The starting point is not the industry label. It is the application: who uses the product, who influences the decision, how the product is selected and where there is a realistic commercial opportunity to develop.

FOUNDER / ABOUT
Led by experience on the manufacturer’s side
Krzysztof Grygorowicz
Founder & Commercial Lead
Krzysztof’s background includes sales, commercial leadership and international business development, with technical B2B experience across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. His experience includes distributor development, customer acquisition, field visits and commercial negotiations for water-system products and pressure vessels. Krzysztof leads each engagement and remains directly involved in priorities, key relationships and coordination with the manufacturer. Additional business-development capacity is organised around the agreed scope where required.
LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP
A focused start and a long-term partnership
A partnership can begin with one product range, customer segment or group of accounts. Nexus continues to develop those relationships over time, with regular reviews of priorities and progress. Your team retains product, pricing and technical authority. We lead the agreed local work alongside your export team and existing channels. Poland is the starting market. Where the commercial case and delivery capacity justify it, we can agree to extend the work to further accounts, applications, field activity or selected CEE markets. Any additional resources and scope are agreed together.
NEXT STEP
Let’s discuss your next stage in Poland.
Tell us what you manufacture, how Poland is currently covered and where you would like to develop further business. We can discuss the opportunity, the local commercial role required and whether Nexus is the right fit for your business.
